This Personal Information Protection Policy informs you how MANIFONE uses and safeguards the information that you transmit to us, the personal data that we collect and how we treat it, and how you can protect your private life in the context of the services that we deliver.

- 1. WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED BY MANIFONE?
MANIFONE only treats data or types of data if it is strictly necessary in relation to the relevant purposes.

- 2) Financial data and/or payment: Bank details, type of payment, usage amount, etc.

- 3. WHAT ARE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU USE THEM?
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete data which concerns you. You have the right to request the transfer of the latter. In the event that MANIFONE has not replied to you in a satisfactory manner, you may address a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French administrative regulatory body in charge of enforcing data privacy laws.
In order to avoid receiving phone calls on French numbers from people with whom you do not have a contractual relationship with, you can subscribe freely to the opposition list called « Bloctel ». - 4. WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The data collected are destined for MANIFONE’s internal services.
The personal data could also be processed by one of MANIFONE’S partners. This may arise in situations where partners need to intervene for the provisioning of services. It could also be processing that has been offered to you and needs your consent.
Finally, the personal data processed could also be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the case of a legal procedure, in the case of legal research and requests for information from authorities and/or in conformity with other legal obligations.
- 5. IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED OUTSIDE THE EU?
The personal data collected could be apt to be processed outside of the European Union. In that case, MANIFONE takes all necessary precautions in regard to its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection and this in conformity with current legislation.
If the subcontractors and partners concerned do not adhere to the Privacy Shield Agreement, in regard to the transfer of personal data towards the United States of America or are not situated in a country where they dispose of a legislation considered inapt to offer adequate data protection, they will have previously signed a « contractual clauses document » edited by the European Commission or will be submitted to internal rules approved by the authorities.
- 6. HOW DOES MANIFONE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
MANIFONE will ensure a secure and confidential processing of your data. To this effect, every appropriate technical and organizational measure is put in place to avoid loss, bad usage, alteration or deletion of data concerning you. These measures are adapted depending on the level of sensitivity of the data treated and depending on the risk level that presents the treatment or its putting in place thereof.
These measures may include, where appropriate:
- Pseudonymization and encryption of personal data;
- The ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services;
- The ability to restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
- The integration of “Privacy by design” into its development process.
- 7. PERSONAL DATA BREACH
Manifone will notify any breach of Personal Data as soon as possible, not to exceed 72 hours, after becoming aware of it. This notification must, at a minimum:
a) describe the nature of the Personal Data breach including, if possible, the categories and approximate number of Your affected individuals and the categories and approximate number of Personal Data records affected;
b) provide the name and contact details of the Data Protection Officer or other point of contact from whom further information may be obtained;
c) describe the measures taken or proposed to remedy the Personal Data breach, including, where applicable, measures to mitigate any adverse consequences.
